Hi my name is Sam and I’ll be walking the beautiful South West Coastal Path . It’s 630 miles covering some of the most
amazing scenery that England has to
offer . I will be raising funds for the Royal Flying Doctors and Diabetes UK. In
December I was hit by a car whilst
cycling and had to be flown to a hospital 300km from where I live in Australia. The RFDS is a charitable organisation and a
vital service to many in Australia when an emergency arises. My second charity is Diabetes UK, simply my daughter who is 15 was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 3 , there is no cure and it is still not known what causes it.
