The Rowan Hospice at home

My dad's birthday would have been 1st April and mine is a few days after. I don't want anything for my birthday this year, it's too soon after losing my hero. Instead I'm raising money in aid of The Rowans Hospice Hospice at Home and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.

More information about The Rowans Hospice: Rowans Hospice is a voluntary independent hospice which provides specialist palliative care to patients with life-limiting and progressive illness, who are resident in Portsmouth and South East Hampshire. The service is provided free, irrespective of the nature of the illness, creed or means to pay. People can die comfortably and be fully supported at home with this wonderful team. X
