We are in need of a new home

well it’s pretty crazy how life can change in a blink of an eye… many of you know us and my family throughout the community here in tuolumne county. we are experiencing an emergency event with all these crazy storms and snow we have recieved leading to the collapse of the roof in our neighbors duplex’s, putting ours at risk that we lived in next door. We have been evacuated and displaced because of the accident that occurred at our neighbors duplex, Along with some damage to our roof as well , there was lots of popping and cracking and signs of our roof potentially about to fail that night , we also experienced  a crack in our ceiling in the living room from the heavy snow load. The county building inspector did a inspection and has red flagged our house and the neighbors as unsafe to live in..  We have been advised by our landlord to look for another rental.

This couldn’t have been any worse timing for this to happen to us, we just opened our own business this last year, and we have had no work this winter these last few months from all this weather and our savings has ran out….

we need to raise some money, we have to come up with a deposit for a new house along with the cost to transition the move, storage fees and hotel fees/food (eating out) expenses to cover as well as trying to still run and support my family and my new buisness.. I messed up on our renters insurance policy when we purchased it and we have only $2000 total in coverage minus our deductible of 500. We are currently living in a hotel.

My wife aunna is pregnant with our little girl on the way we are due in august, and I have a 5yr old daughter who is special needs. This is extremely hard on her and the transitioning of new environments. We need to find a home ASAP! I have a baby on the way.

If anyone can help even a small amount will be greatly appreciated! We need a miracle right now.
