The Roll It Up Chefs - Startup Fundraiser

Hi everyone, I'm Brian. I'm 34 years old, husband and father of two kids.

Out of high school went straight into the food industry working at few different styles of restaurants. Worked my way from dishwasher to Head Chef position in the past 13 years.

Always had a love for food and the community. The idea to open my own establishment has always been a dream of mine. To be able to serve the community where I live means a lot to me.

On March 5th, I took a leave from my Head Chef position to be a stay at home dad for my wife so she could return back to work, shortly after COVID-19 occurred and making my stay at home more permanent. 

Which brings us to "The Roll It Up Chefs" food truck.

For the longest time I have wanted to run my own food establishment weather being a food truck or brick and mortar store. Food has always been apart of me growing up, and to serve the community and surrounding areas will be the dream I'm looking forward to. 

I'm only asking for donations for the initial down payment for a business loan to achieve my goal to start a food truck in my community.

Your generosity will provide the start up funds to secure a business loan to proceed in the creations of The Roll It Up Chefs food truck.
