My niece has been invited to participate in the United World Games! 


The United World Games  take place over ten days which are packed with sports, fun and community action-- all taking place against the unique back drop of Europe and Carinthia’s breathtaking lake landscape.

Thousands of youth athletes from 40 nations travel from all over the world to compete in 16 sports: Athletics, Basketball, Beach Volleyball, Bouldering, Field Hockey, Floorball, Handball, Ice Hockey, Orienteering, Rugby, Soccer, Softball, Swimming, Softball, Tennis, Ultimate Frisbee and Volleyball.

My niece Talia is one of the ONLY players of color on her soccer team. 

She would love to attend the United World Games 2020 to represent her team and people of color with her family but they need your help to make it happen!


Talia and her family have never been to Europe before.

This event would give them the experience of a lifetime-- seeing the world together as a family, broadening their horizons and bringing them closer together. 


People of color in the US rarely get to travel internationally because it's cost prohibitive.

The UWG gives these athletes and their families an opportunity gain a unique world perspective and most importantly wanderlust.
