Help residents of SWFL recover from Hurricane Ian

Hi, my name is Derek. I am a senior student at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL. Hurricane Ian wreaked havoc on all parts of Florida, but it was especially devastating to the Southwest Florida area. My peers and I are determined to do anything we can to assist the residents of SWFL in recovering from this detrimental storm. We have access to several boats to provide transportation of residents and supplies to and from Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Island. Road transportation to these areas is suspended until further notice due to the collapse of vital bridges and causeways. We also have trucks capable of hauling medium to heavy equipment to the area. As college students, we need all the help we can get, as finances are limited since the majority of our time is spent in school. Proceeds will go directly toward purchasing supplies, food, etc for residents, as well as travel expenses. We deeply appreciate your contributions in assisting us reach our goal. Thank you.
