The Redman

Family and friends are raising funds to help Ralph Nelson after The William’s Cabin, where he was living was destroyed by fire Saturday evening February 4th. He is currently at the UNC Burn Center in Chapel Hill, his family would like you to know he has no physical burns. He is sedated and on a ventilator to clean soot out of lungs. He’ll be on that for next few days. This is precautionary to keep his lungs and throat from swelling. He’s comfortable and will be kept medically sedated for few of days. They are treating his lungs also to keep him from infection. He is really lucky, as are we to have him as a friend. We have heard from so many inquiring “what we can do.” Please consider contributing, to get our Redman back on feet. Thank you for thoughtfulness and prayers!
