Protect a Doll: Supporting Lexi’s Legal Battle

It humbles me to create this request, but I am at my wits end.

I am creating this funding platform to raise enough capital to hire a trademark defense lawyer to finally regain creative right of my full name Lexi Love and just stop this attack on my business!

Selena Scola aka the “other” Lexi Love has created a tax on my business, my social media, and my presence as an entertainer at all. And they move to money grab Selena started to claim that she owned intellectual right over my name and tried to reinstate a trademark that she had let go for 10 years to try and make quick cash off of me.

Now Selena has refused to actually pursue any legal proceedings with the trademark yet she continues to threaten every booking venue. I have social media accounts that exists and even posts individually that have my name listed on them. I’ve lost over five figures due to this woman ends.

Now it is getting to the point where I will not be able to afford legal proceedings on my own without asking for help.

For those asking we had already pivoted to just using "Lexi" on the flyer as you can see in my last story and I have been doing this with all of my other gigs too and no one has had an issue with that yet.

Just changing my name is not as easy as it sounds either l've spent years using the name Lexi so just changing it on a whim one day is not something I can bring myself to do right away and abandoning the name fully would be like admiting Selena is right and I loose the opportunity to pursue this legally.

So yes it's annoying and it's just another day another Lexi story and how crazy and abused everything is but there is so much more at play here and so many more intricacies than anyone knows besides me and my team

I appreciate and love everyone who supports me because while there have been so many highs this year there's also been more lows involved than I ever thought possible

So Now; to avoid being erased off of social media and or needing to change my name entirely, I am enlisting in you the fans for help!
