Hello friends and fans, I am truly grateful for the opportunity to share with the world my deepest desire. As a child fighting has been my outlet, my way out of hardship and a life of unpredictable circumstances.
After losing both parents at an early age growing up, God have became both my mother and father, and fighting my brother and sister.
After over 13 years in the industry and plenty of long days/nights of hard work and training I managed to have held both the IBF and the GBU championship titles. I currently hold the WBF championship title and after being in the US for four years I will be fighting WBC-NABF super feather weight Champion Mikaela Mayer.
Why did I start this GoFundme campaign? It's because I believe I can perfect my craft while inspiring others. This has motivated me to raise enough money, to build my own Gym/Slash training camp. As a boxer it is important for me to be in my zone. Free from the world, just me and my goals. While taking a break from boxing, I believe I can bring about change in the lives of children, while I inspire and help make dreams come through. This is why I am aiming to build a Gym I can call my own. I need a place in either New York City or Connecticut that I and my camp can call home. So I reached out to the Nigerian Consulate in N.Y.C. and from there I was connected to Ms. Eunice Ukwuani, the founder of the "Princess Eunice Ukwuani Foundion". I explained to Ms. Ukwuani, we needed a location fit for a champion, with enough room and equipment, to teach other young girls and women the art of boxing. Now here we are today on the start of our very first fund raising venture. Join us and hop aboard!
