The Quest for Alex's Teet Yeet

Hey there friends!

I've been an out and proud trans person for over 5 years, landing on trans man for half that time. As you all know, I am so happy with who I am and how my transition is going, but there's always been one MASSIVE step that I've wanted, that being top surgery. It's about time I get this done, and I can't wait to have the chest I'm comfortable with, but to do this I'm going to need as much help as possible.

For those who don't know, top surgery refers to a total mastectomy procedure. I will be going down the double incision route most likely, which will leave me with scars around here!

This procedure will be eliviating my gender dysphoria (def - a sense of unease that a person may have because of a mismatch between their biological sex and their gender identity), which has been very intense for me. I've never felt comfortable with my chest, having compared having breasts to feeling like I have giant benign tumours on my chest. This surgery will GREATLY ease this, enabling me to love my body and feel connected to it into the future.

Those who've known me for years know how much this means to me, so the fact that I'm actually starting the process soon is super exciting! Thank you for any and all help you're willing and able to give me in this endeavour! It's a lot a money, and it's frightening having to find where it's all coming from, so every cent helps!
