The Queen Family for Vikki woods

 

A few months ago our oldest sibling Vikki started to notice a lump developing in her neck. She was having ear and neck pain and headed to the ER where they discovered she had a possible carcinoma of the throat. Vikki has been alongside her significant other working and traveling the country from a Semi. She was advised to get "home" and seek further evaluation and treatment. She returned back here to Maryland; to be near family, where she has since been diagnosed with stage Iv laryngeal cancer. She has now had a feeding tube and porta cath inserted and initiated on Chemo and radiation therapy. As she is not working, we her family are working to help support getting her to and from the hospitals for treatments and procedures, locating a more appropriate housing arrangement; as she is currently staying in a hotel, and covering all the necessary incidentals that come with such an unexpected diagnosis. We are asking for any kind of support, guidance or advice anyone may have, as well as continued prayers for healing. This has been a truly unexpected set of circumstances on an already trying year.
