The Proudest Rose - Short Film

Hi, I'm Josh - me and Giorgi both work in film as directors - I'm a 1st Assistant Director and Giorgi is a camera operator. We are fundraising for the film, The Proudest Rose, which we will be co-directing. I wrote this film - The Proudest Rose - last year and we've been developing it since! We're really lucky to have a brilliant actor - Florence Bell - in the leading role and an equally brilliant director of photography - Stephen Dunn. Me and Giorgi are both putting a big chunk of money in to make the film, to cover costs such as food and expenses (including childcare) for cast and crew, for kit (it's surprising how much equipment goes in to making a film and we'll be hiring a fair bit) and budget for art department (all the props, furniture and plants), wardrobe and make-up and the list goes on. Unfortunately the film industry has been having a bit of wobble for the last year or so, so we're also having to reach out and find some additional funding so as not to bankrupt ourselves! We have put together a budget, and we think we can make a lean version of the film for £5000, so we're going to try and fundraise £3000 on top of what we've put in. Any help would be brilliant!
