The Pridgett family
Donation protected
On November 18, 2016, I recieved a call from my sister Brenda Pridgett. She was calling to update me on her husband George's cardiac procedure. The phone was silent for about 20 seconds and I already knew results were not good. After a long hard battle with Kidney failure, heart failure, dialysis, lupus and being sick for decades, George was told his heart has decreased to an EF of 10%. This means he needs a heart transplant. In order to qualify for a transplant, all other organs must be functioning.
With a kidney failing, at this time the doctors are hoping the new heart medication called Entresto, will prolong his life and prevent from having a heart attack or death.
George is a wonderful brother in-law, husband, son, uncle, brother and most importantly a father. He has taught his two young sons how to respect others, focus on education and simply how to love. George has given his volunteer time to his community in Georgia and I am asking friends, family and the public to help his family at this time.
George is not able to work due to his current condition. His wife Brenda, my sister, was laid off from her job 2 months ago and this news did not come easy. With both parents unable to work at this time, I ask if you would kindly help The Pridgett family get through this hardship and Georges sickness.
I ask whether you can donate $1.00, $5.00, $20 or $100, all is appreciated. If you are unable t donate, please let The prdigett family know you have them in your prayers.
Tomorrow is never promised...
