Our program provides a clear, long-term Performance Pathway that guides junior tennis players through every stage of their journey—from early development to high-level competition. We open doors to opportunities like College & University tennis, County representation, National and International level competition and beyond.
Why This Matters
Tennis is a complex sport. Developing a player takes far more than just court time—it takes consistent support across all areas: technical, tactical, physical, and mental. Without this, many kids lose motivation or leave the sport entirely. Cost is often the biggest barrier. Our program bridges this gap, creating an environment where players thrive—not just as athletes, but as confident, resilient young people.
Meet Grant – The Coach Behind the Vision
Grant brings a rare depth of experience to this work. Having coached and supported athletes across county, college, and university-level performance tennis, he understands what it takes at every stage. His background allows him to create a clear, structured progression that not only builds better tennis players, but stronger, more rounded young people.
At the heart of his philosophy is working with the complete player and helping them have a shift in mindset: what once felt overwhelming becomes exciting. Competition becomes a positive, energising challenge. By focusing on the process, not just outcomes, players reconnect with their passion and motivation—preventing burnout and nurturing sustainable growth
Consistent support during competition helps young players manage pressure, avoid burnout, and grow in confidence. Our program teaches them to embrace challenges, stay resilient, and find joy in competing.

Background
Grant's insight is shaped by a rich background on and off the court - from competing to growing up in Africa and leading wilderness expeditions which pushed the boundaries and learning how to stay grounded in high-pressure environments for example being charged by elephants and learning to stay calm. Perhaps most powerfully, Grant’s holistic approach was shaped by a personal story of healing. After facing a debilitating illness, he took 2 years to rebuilt his life using deep mental, physical and emotional transformation. That experience taught him: with an open-mind, courage, and determination, anything is possible.
Now, he brings those lessons to every player—helping them unlock their full potential not only as athletes, but as resilient, inspired individuals.
