Help the Posada Family’s Fight Against Cancer

A few weeks ago, one of our Superintendents, Samir Mujanovic, approached the Berg Chairity Committee to see if we do anything to support the Posada family.

Since joining our team in May of 2023, Edwyn Posada, has proven himself to be one of the many reliable and capable electricians we have on our team in the Phoenix region. While not at work Edwyn assumes his primary role, a supportive husband and father. Unfortunately, a lot of support and care he’s been giving recently has taken place at hospitals and doctors’ offices.

It started when Edwyn’s daughter woke up feeling sick, a quick trip to the doctor’s office turned into a visit to the Phoenix Children’s Hospital, where the lab work confirmed, Edwyn’s daughter had tested positive for Leukemia. After a round of chemotherapy treatment, the doctors were hopeful that the cancer will not return.

Unfortunately, in 2024, Edwyn’s wife, Priscilla, also received a cancer diagnosis of her own.

The resilient Posada family braced for another round of medical treatment and expenses. Priscilla would go on to receive chemotherapy as well, and eventually undergo a surgical operation as part of her breast cancer treatment. The operation seems to have been effective, and her doctors are regularly monitoring her bloodwork and imaging scans to ensure she remains in remission.

Regrettably, in March 2025, Edwyn’s daughter’s cancer had returned and she is once again receiving chemotherapy. If she doesn’t respond well to the current treatment, her doctors recommend moving onto radiation therapy.

If Edwyn’s daughter ends up needing the radiation therapy, the down payment for this medical treatment will be $5000.
