The Poole Family during Emma's Recovery

Hi! My name is Aubrey and I am a friend and colleague of Emma. In April Emma will be undergoing 2 spinal surgeries due to continued scoliosis and advanced degenerative disc disease. Emma is a Marriage and Family Therapist- who is self employed. The funds raised will go to getting her family through the 3 months (minimum) she will be out of work. I have made our goal larger than needed because this surgery's recovery period can last up to one year. The funds will cover her lost income, travel expenses and everything they will need to take care of their daughter Eliza, their home and anything that may come up while Emma is recovering.

Emma is not only a wonderful therapist to her clients- but she is a loving, kind and generous human. Let's all rally around her and let her focus on recovery instead of the financial stress that comes with this surgery.
