On a normal day outside Glam Doll Donuts in Minneapolis, something unimaginable happened.

In broad daylight, federal agents were violently detaining a man on the sidewalk when one of the agents fired his weapon not once, but multiple times. Witnesses saw the agent step back and continue shooting as the man fell to the ground. By the end, his body appeared lifeless on the pavement.

Many people were there. Most froze. Some ran.
