The Piedmont Family

David has been dealing with severe health issues for the past 2.5 months(his latest flareup of a chronic condition) We finally have a diagnosis (Colitis/Crohns) unfortunately his body is starting to give up on him. He has a long road ahead to recovery with getting treatment and blood transfusions, but he is constantly worried about providing for our family instead of focusing on his health. He has been out of work for this time, but continues to try and go in when hes supposed to be allowing his body to heal. I've considered going back to work, but have to be the full-time caretaker for David and our little boy, Declan. Between making doctors appointments for David and trying to keep up with Declan or get childcare for him, working doesn't seem plausible at the moment. We only want to get by and have started to dip into savings, but it's going fast to keep up with bills and other necessities.
