The Perfect Match
Hi! My name is Jakob Rosen. I'm a young filmmaker based in Denver Colorado. Along with my best friend Mario, we are creating our first feature film. My goal is to one day be a film director and I decided that this was my next step to achieve this goal. I have been working as a photographer and videographer for the past 3 years now. This movie is purely for fun and will not make any money back, (or we do not plan to) but we plan to use it as a portfolio piece to help us all out in the future. Also I'd love to say that I wrote, shot, and directed my first full length film when I was 16. Right now, we are about 20% done with filming, but we want to push it further. Thats why we are trying to raise more money. I have dumped most of my own funds into making this movie already, and I want to push it further. We need money for camera rentals, gas, wardrobe, etc. The goal is to raise $10,000. Maybe we'll make more, maybe less. It's just an ask. Anything that is donated will be put back into increasing the production value of this film. We included a rough cut of one of the scenes we have already filmed so you can see what it is like.
