Hey, I’m Joe, and I really wanted to do something to help the desperate people in Palestine.

There are already some really decent people in Hastings, who regularly donate money to the people of Al Mawasi, which is a small town, near Khan Younis, in Southern Gaza, so I thought it would be a good idea to help by raising further vital funds for Al-Mawasi.

On 23rd August 2025, I ran 47 miles from Eastbourne to Rye, then on to Battle, which raised an incredible £6,300. 

This was amazing, but we can’t stop there, so on 28th February 2026, I will be running from west to east, along the coast of Sussex - from Chichester to Rye. 

This is so we can raise even more money, which will go directly to helping the Palestinian people in Al Mawasi, so that they can spend it on urgently needed supplies of food, medicine and other important items.
