The people of Al Mawasi, in Gaza

Hey, I’m Joe, and I really wanted to do something to help the desperate people in Palestine.

There are already some really decent people in Hastings, who regularly donate money to the people of Al Mawasi, which is a small town, near Khan Younis, in Southern Gaza, so I thought it would be a good idea to help by raising further vital funds for Al-Mawasi.

On Saturday 23rd August 2025, I’m running the full length of the 1066 path - Pevensey to Rye - approximately 32 miles - in the hope that we can raise further vital funds, which will go directly to helping the Palestinian people in Al Mawasi, so that they can spend it on urgently needed supplies of food, medicine and other important items.
