My husband and I have been on a long, emotional journey to build our family. Like so many others facing infertility, this path has been filled with hope, uncertainty, heartbreak, and perseverance. Through it all, we have tried to hold onto hope and gratitude, even during the most difficult moments.

In 2022, after our first round of IVF, we were blessed with one viable embryo — a gift that became our beautiful son, who is now two years old and the light of our lives. We are endlessly thankful for him and deeply grateful for the support, medical care, and circumstances that made his life possible.

As our hearts grow with the joy of our first son, so does our hope to give him a sibling and expand our family. However, returning to IVF comes with overwhelming financial and emotional challenges. Most treatment costs are not covered by insurance, and in our case, additional testing is required to give us the best possible chance. Since our last cycle, IVF costs have increased significantly, and we must also travel frequently to Winnipeg for appointments at our fertility clinic.

Asking for help does not come easily, but we cannot do this alone. Every donation, share, and message of encouragement helps lift a piece of this burden and brings us one step closer to growing our family. All support will go directly toward fertility treatments and travel expenses related to this journey.
