The Pendl family

Hi my name is Zack fusaro and on Tuesday, June 20th my girlfriend’s step-father, Darren Pendl, was rushed to the hospital.

Darren woke up Tuesday morning in a confused state of mind. The family decided to call an ambulance and after arriving to the ER Darren had two seizures due to fluid surrounding the brain and was rushed into surgery to release the pressure. After further testing Darren now sits in the ICU with a bacterial infection that has spread between his lungs and his brain. The family awaits answers as Darren is in a medical induced coma. The family waits patiently everyday to receive answer to see what has caused the infection.

I am looking to ease the family’s burden as they navigate through this hard time between food and finical cost. As the family now spends most of their days in the hospital praying for good news. Please considering helping them out in their time of great need.

Thank you everyone for your support it means a lot to me and the Pendl family. To update all of you he was airlifted to another hospital in Nassau County for better treatment. They are running more tests on Darren and hopefully we will have more answers. We are hoping he will be out of sedation soon just keep praying.
