A note from Levi and Marissa: Roughly 3 weeks before Marissa and Levi were to celebrate their 5th wedding anniversary, she was diagnosed with colorectal cancer. The family’s entire world was turned upside down. They are 7 months in and, though it has been their worst nightmare brought to life, they would have never gotten this far without their faith in God and the never ceasing support from family, friends, and employers. Though this has turned into a fight for her life, they continue to find things to be thankful for and pray and believe for a complete healing. Levi couldn’t be more proud of Marissa’s never ceasing will to fight and to maintain a positive attitude through the pain and lack of strength.
