My name is Keisha Patrick. On August 28 my husband took sick. He was diagnosed with bacterial meningitis. He suffered a minor stroke and had a seizure. We survive off of a two family income. We need both incomes in order to pay our bills and be able to live. Because of the seizure they do not want him to drive for six months.
