I woke up this morning with the tragic news of the passing of Big Steve, a.k.a. (Big Steve King) head of security of the Comedy Cellar (Fat Black) Steve Passed on the morning of Nov 1st 2022. He is survived by his wife, Gina, and two kids, Steve 19, and Stacy 15,. Steve was the sole provider of his beautiful family. He was father, husband, and loyal friend, to all that he came in contact with. Very rarely do you meet someone with the magnitude and the kindness that Steve bestowed upon everyone that he knew. Big Steve King was truly a intricate fixture of New York City’s comedy family. He will be surely missed as he was a man with a heart of gold that was even bigger than his physical stature. All funds collected will go to his funeral and his family. As there is no amount of money that can replace even the sheer kind smile of our beloved, his family appreciates any help that you can give as they will have to continue on their journey without him.
