It is with the heaviest of hearts that we have to say goodbye to Parker Song.

Parker was a kind and gentle soul. He was always happy to see you and always sad to say goodbye. His smile was infectious and his laugh brought joy to so many people.

I have had the opportunity to talk to the parents of Parker’s friends and so many have said Parker was their child’s best friend. That’s who Parker was, a friend to everyone and a best friend to so many. He touched so many people’s lives and made such an impact. 

Unfortunately on June 15, 2021, Parker suffered from a ruptured brain aneurysm which ultimately took his life. He was only eight years old. 

Parker left behind his father, Peter; his mother, Gina; his baby sister, Penny and hundreds of family and friends. 

Now, not only do Peter and Gina have to live in a world without their son, which no parent should ever have to do, but they also have to worry about the financial burden this tragic event will bring. 

The purpose of this gofundme is to help lift some of the burden that is already weighing heavily on their shoulders. The bulk of the fund will help with paying for the memorial services and the remaining funds will be used to pay any medical bills they may incur. 

Any and all help is greatly appreciated and even if you cannot help financially, kind words and stories about Parker would bring so much joy to his family.
