Eliza Jade LaVenture-Maenzo was born to her parents Jetta Laventure and Jared Maenzo on October 26th at 4:23am, She was 5lbs 2oz, and 18in long.

Eliza was born prematurely and from the moment she came into this world she was a fighter. She defied the odds coming off of her C-pap machine after only 1 day and was off of her feeding tube shortly after. During her time in the NICU her parents drove out to Worcester Ma from their home in Gardner Ma daily to be with her. After coming home from the hospital, Eliza was thriving and bringing so much joy to her parents, family and anyone who was in her presence.

Unfortunately a short 2 weeks after coming home, Eliza passed away in her sleep. This came as a huge shock to her parents and loved ones. Thanks to the generosity of the funeral home and Jetta & Jared’s families a majority of the funeral costs for Eliza have been covered. Unfortunately after taking time off of work for Eliza’s birth and part of her NICU stay, Eliza’s parents need help in order to take the necessary time off in order to grieve the loss of their beautiful baby girl; along with replacing a few household items that remind them of the loss of their daughter. Anything helps and I know our wonderful community will come together to help this grieving family have the time they need to heal from this tragedy.
