The Painting Workshop Rescue Fund

We believe, as Picasso said, that "everyone is an artist." Young or old, the art of creating is a joyous, exciting process, and we try to provide the space, materials, and encouragement for that to happen. 

The Painting Workshop is an independent community arts resource in Mt Washington, Baltimore, that has been offering quality art classes and summer camps for children and adults for 25 years. Shortly after changing ownership, we have had to shut down all classes and camps for the spring due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and our business is in danger. 

Any and all contributions made to this fund are greatly appreciated, and will go towards remodeling the Workshop, paying operating expenses, and keeping our teachers employed.
