Help Us Build Healthier People, Healthier Workplaces and Stronger Communities
Life is full of turning points.
Starting school. Leaving education. Beginning a career. Starting a business. Becoming a parent. Facing redundancy. Living with injury or illness. Coping with grief, addiction or burnout. Preparing for retirement.
These moments shape the rest of our lives, yet too often people face them alone, unsure where to turn.
The Padded Cell CIC was created because we believe support should be available before people reach crisis, not afterwards.
We bring together recovery experiences, education, workplace collaboration and community programmes to help people build resilience, improve physical and mental wellbeing, and navigate life's pressures with greater confidence.
Our work reaches into individuals, families, schools, sports clubs, workplaces and local communities because wellbeing doesn't begin and end in one place. Healthier people create healthier families, stronger organisations and more connected communities.
Alongside our recovery experiences, The Padded Cell continues to develop a growing network of community-led initiatives and collaborative partnerships.
These include The Four Rooms, The Transition Chamber, ConstructionWise Minds, Moore Than Football, led by Luke Moore, Workplace Wellbeing & Organisational Development, Community Employment Partnerships, The Bridge, and the KRUSSH Studio.
We are also proud to collaborate with organisations including Success Recruit and Construction Sport, bringing together expertise in workplace wellbeing, recruitment, leadership, sport and community engagement to create opportunities for people and organisations to grow together.
Every initiative and partnership has a different focus, but they all share the same purpose: helping people and organisations become healthier, more connected and more resilient.
Whether someone comes to us through recovery, education, football, workplace wellbeing, recruitment, sport, a podcast, a community event or even a 10,000-jump skipping challenge, they become part of a community that believes prevention, connection and personal growth are just as important as intervention.
As a Community Interest Company, every sponsorship, donation and partnership is reinvested back into our purpose.
Your support helps us improve and develop The Padded Cell, expand our facilities, create new community initiatives, subsidise recovery experiences and wellbeing programmes, and make support more accessible to people who might otherwise never receive it.
It also enables us to continue developing practical ways of improving workplace culture, supporting physical and mental health, helping young people transition into employment, creating stronger communities and providing opportunities for people to grow throughout every stage of life.
We don't distribute profits to shareholders.
We reinvest them into people.
Every contribution helps us build a place where individuals can recover, businesses can develop healthier cultures, young people can discover opportunity and communities can grow stronger together.
Thank you for believing in what we're building.
Together, we're creating something that belongs to everyone.
