On behalf of all of us at The Optimiserables we were simply overjoyed by the experience of You Have failed Me for the Last Time at the 2025 Fringe, but we don’t want to stop there.

We have hugely ambitious plans for this year, and we want to bring even bigger more outrageously funny show(s) to this years fringe. That’s right, The Optimiserables will be performing not 1 but 2 shows over an intensive 9 day run at The Space UK.

Our first show Jacuzzi By Twilight: A grizzled private investigator partners with a dewy-eyed homicide to solve the mysterious murder of a journalist that dug too deep. Together, they work to out manoeuvre the crooked cops and scheming politicians that deal in the shadows of Metroville. But will they finish the case before the case finishes them?

Our second show An Opportunity in Kind, A Fable: Religious revelations. Elvis Presley. Underage dating. A blood-soaked shirt. Dismembered bodies. A cowboy hat. Philosophical musings. A madman. All is not what it seems as friendships are tested, truths are hidden in this story of greed, stupidity and misunderstandings.

We can’t wait to bring you these show’s however as everyone knows The Fringe comes at a cost and that’s where you come in. Your support will help us to pay venue costs, pay for high quality flyers and poster printing as well as pay for props, costume and sets.
