Meet Freeze the Fall, a young melodic metal trio from Kelowna. They met in middle school and immediately connected through a shared love of music. Since then, with the support of their families, they have been writing and creating all of their own music, building their sound and chasing what often feels like an impossible dream.
Since 2022, they’ve connected with fans from around the world and released two EPs, Thrones and The Red Garden, along with almost a dozen music videos. Their first full-length album is set to release later this year, all while navigating high school and everything that comes with that!
Now, they have earned the opportunity of a lifetime — the chance to perform at Louder Than Life, one of the largest and most recognizable rock and metal festivals in North America, alongside legendary artists like My Chemical Romance, Megadeth, Pantera, and more.
To get there, they competed against 63 other bands from across North America in an online Battle of the Bands hosted by Danny Wimmer Presents — and THEY WON!
Now they have the chance to take the stage in Louisville Kentucky this September, but as a young band, they need help making this dream a reality. Every bit of support helps to cover work visas, travel, accommodations, insurance, equipment, and costs that come with bringing their music to one of the biggest stages of their lives.
As a contest winner they will not get paid to play this festival but it will put them in front of industry giants and open doors that are otherwise almost impossible to find your way through.
This is more than just a festival for Freeze the Fall. It’s proof that years of hard work, sacrifice, and belief in what they are creating are starting to pay off — and they are ready to give it everything they have when they step onto that stage.
This is not a matter of life or death but it is a matter of reaching for the stars and we need your help. Thank you for considering supporting a big dream for these wildly talented, hard working youth.
Quinn (19), Aria, (17), Jonah (17).
Thank you!
