The One Mile Putting Challenge

My name is Dave Lincoln and as captain of West Kent Golf Club, I have chosen Aphasia Re-Connect as my charity for my year in office. I have been challenged by the chairman of that charity, Peter Cook to compete with him in a One Mile Putting Contest.

Can I invite you to join us in making a difference? We are now  raising money in aid of my charity,  Aphasia
Re-Connect and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.

More information about Aphasia Re-Connect:

Aphasia Re-Connect transforms lives by bringing people with aphasia together. Aphasia is a life changing communication disability, occurring after stroke or brain injury which leaves a person loosing the ability to talk.
Every 15 minutes, somebody acquires aphasia and that is on top of the 350,000 people who already  have aphasia.
Robbed of that most precious human faculty, talking, it is difficult to find or follow the words, in speech, reading or writing to communicate with other people. Just imagine not being able to talk to your family and friends, not being able to answer the telephone or writing a letter.
Aphasia Re-Connect counteracts isolation by bringing people together in peer groups through peer befriending, following our values: inclusion, participation and community.
