Scrivo queste parole con il cuore spezzato e gli occhi rivolti a ciò che resta del nostro sogno. Tra il 19 e il 20 e 21 gennaio 2026, una mareggiata di una violenza inaudita si è abbattuta sulla costa orientale della Sicilia, portando via con sé il Lido "The One".

Era una struttura nuova, un piccolo gioiello, con soli due anni di vita. Due anni di sacrifici, di albe trascorse a preparare la spiaggia e di tramonti vissuti insieme a voi. In poche ore, la furia del mare ha cancellato ogni cosa: non sono rimaste che macerie. Oggi siamo in ginocchio.

Perché chiediamo il vostro aiuto?

"The One" non era solo uno stabilimento balneare; era il progetto della nostra vita, il frutto di investimenti pesanti e di un amore infinito per il nostro territorio. In questo momento, onestamente, non abbiamo le forze economiche e psicologiche per ripartire da soli. Il danno è totale e il futuro sembra svanito nel nulla.

Il nostro obiettivo

Non vogliamo arrenderci. Vogliamo che quell'angolo di paradiso torni a splendere, vogliamo riaccendere i sorrisi e tornare a ospitarvi. I fondi raccolti saranno utilizzati esclusivamente per:

La rimozione delle macerie e la messa in sicurezza dell'area.

L'acquisto delle attrezzature di base per tentare una riapertura minima.

La ricostruzione delle strutture portanti distrutte.

Ogni piccolo gesto conta

Dear friends, customers, and supporters, I am Pio Andrea Peri, owner of The One Taormina beach club.

I write these words with a broken heart and my eyes fixed on what remains of our dream. Between January 19th, 20th, and 21st, 2026, a storm surge of unprecedented violence hit the eastern coast of Sicily, taking away "The One" beach club.

It was a new facility, a little gem, just two years old. Two years of sacrifice, of sunrises spent preparing the beach and sunsets experienced with you. In a few hours, the fury of the sea obliterated everything: nothing remained but rubble. Today we are on our knees.

Why are we asking for your help?

"The One" wasn't just a beach club; it was our life's project, the fruit of significant investments and an infinite love for our local area. Right now, honestly, we don't have the financial and psychological strength to start over on our own. The damage is total, and the future seems to have vanished.

Our Goal

We don't want to give up. We want that little corner of paradise to shine again, we want to rekindle smiles and welcome you back. The funds raised will be used exclusively for:

Removing the rubble and securing the area.

Purchasing basic equipment to attempt a minimal reopening.

Reconstructing the destroyed load-bearing structures.

Every small gesture counts.

Even a small donation, or simply sharing this appeal, can make the difference between the end of a dream and the beginning of a rebirth.
