This July, we are embarking on an extraordinary challenge: rowing the full length of Norway as part of The Nordic Endeavour. Over approximately 6-8 weeks, our team will face unpredictable weather, physical exhaustion, and the mental demands of one of the toughest expeditions any of us have embarked on.

But this journey is about far more than adventure. We are undertaking this expedition to raise vital funds for Air Ambulances UK, a charity that supports the lifesaving work of air ambulance services across the country. These crews provide critical emergency care and rapid response when every second counts, helping thousands of people each year in their moments of greatest need.

As four individuals from very different backgrounds, we are coming together to tackle this challenge, and we hope to inspire others to step outside their comfort zones, embrace adversity, and appreciate the incredible work of charities that save lives every day.
