"The Noblemen" - An Emerson College Thesis Film
Donation protected

Synopsis:
Larry hides in trash cans to prevent global catastrophes, believing that if he were to win the lottery he would no longer have to perform this toil. Across town, his childhood friend Harold, a manic stockbroker is convinced he can shake Larry out of these delusions.
Director's Statement:
"The Noblemen" was first conceived after my grandfather signed his will over to my father and aunt. With a great sense of dread, he said "well, I have nothing else left to do." As someone preparing to leave college and cement myself into a career, I was fascinated by what my grandfather viewed as the ultimate conclusion to his life's work. Since then, "The Noblemen" has evolved to be the ultimate culmination of some of my greatest fears: endless toil, splinting friendships, and a contrived sense of self-importance.
