The shocking news of the recent passing of the great Chef Nicholas Lodge has created an outpouring of grief worldwide.

As family and friends, students and colleagues scramble to find the words to express their sorrow and condolences, Chef Lodge’s life and business partner, Scott Ewing, is now forced to rebuild the Nicholas Lodge brand alone. With no time to mourn his beloved Nicholas, the business must come first as this has been their livelihood for the past 30 years.
