The NHS have let me down

Hello all, most of you know me but if you don’t, I’m Martin and I’m 53 years old and I’ve been waiting since 27th February 2019 for a TURP operation. During this time my condition has worsened to the stage where my kidneys are damaged due to bladder retention and I’ve been catheterised since the beginning of November 2022. I’ve had many infections including Urosepsis and it’s impossible to do my Job as a delivery driver. I’m constantly in pain and the NHS can’t offer me any updates on a timeframe for my operation. Physically and mentally I’m shot and I often get dark thoughts about what to do next. I need help to fund my operation privately as soon as possible so I can try and get some normality back into my life.
