The Next Step in the Journey of Learning to Love Lola.

As many of my closest friends can tell you, I’ve been independently caring for myself since the age of 15, which has been a struggle to say the least. Luckily, along the way, the universe blessed me with a ragtag band of misfits that have uplifted and supported me through every journey I’ve embarked on in the last 25 years.

For the last 10 years, I have obtained gender-affirming care by my own accord, searching for doctors, battling prescription costs, and advocating for myself in all formal settings from government offices to emergency rooms.

Alas, the time has come that I must reach out to the masses of lives that I have been so blessed to be a part of, to have a part of mine.

I am seeking to raise funds to help pay for my gender confirmation surgery. The total monetary goal of this campaign would cover the cost of surgery and recovery.
