After years of struggling with mental health, I was able to access therapy and counselling through a government program that helped me begin healing from childhood trauma. The Never Alone Project is my way of giving back.

On September 5th, I will attempt to become the fastest person to run nearly 300 km around Okanagan Lake, raising funds and awareness for the WIRTH Foundation—an organization dedicated to providing therapy and counselling for those in need. A film crew will document the journey, capturing not only the run but also my ongoing relationship with mental health.
