In the early hours of October 7th, Dr. Eitan Neeman was called up to his military reserve unit to help repel invading Hamas terrorists. He was killed in action near the city of Sderot while serving as a physician caring for injured members of his army unit. Eitan is survived by his wife, Yael, and their seven children.

Eitan was a dedicated husband, father and physician. He worked in Be’er Sheva’s Sroka Hospital as a Pediatric ICU physician. He completed a pediatric ICU fellowship at Yale New Haven Hospital/Yale School of Medicine. He was known as a master clinician and beloved by patients and staff alike.
