Oscar is a Shih Tzu mix (we have confirmed he's definitely a shit) and due to his genetics he is inclined to a condition that causes his knees to pop in and out of place. This causes temporary lameness until the knee pops back into place and will also lead to eventual permanent lameness and arthritis.

The good news is we've caught it early, and the fix is going to be a smaller surgery (where they break both of his legs and reset the bone) and a shorter healing time (6-8 weeks). The bad news is the soft quote is about $15,000, and it has to be paid in full the day of the surgery.

Unfortunately for Oscar, his mom is a true Millennial who has blown all of her money on useless things like rent and groceries, as well as more important things like dog toys.

So now Oscar is coming to all of you fine folks for assistance! Please help Oscar reach his surgery goal so he can keep being the playful, happy, naughty little boi he is.
