the Mphiri family

Dear friends and family,

Many of you know that Dan and I befriended a family who came to the US from the Democratic Republic of the Congo as refugees (Jonas and Diane brought their children Josphat, Alex, and Esther here five years ago). Diane died suddenly and unexpectedly on September 29.

Jonas, together with his children, want to travel back to the Congo in November to celebrate her life with her family there, and need funds to be able to accomplish this.
