We are so thankful for our staff who make our members’ experience so special. Several years ago, we created this GoFundMe Christmas & Holiday Fund because many of you asked for an easy way to give a gift to our staff. It has been popular among our members and so very meaningful for our staff to receive such generosity from our members.

You may elect to contribute to a GoFundMe account for those who prefer the ease of using a credit card to contribute online. Funds collected this way will be combined with any amounts received by check. You may earmark a gift for an individual staff member or members. To do this, simply note in the comments section who you wish the gift to be earmarked to. (If you earmark, I suggest checking the “hide name and comment” box, so that your earmarking will be anonymous to others but will still be viewable by me.)

Additionally, you may mail a check to our accountant, Elizabeth Bennett, who will deposit it into our Christmas & Holiday Fund account. No member of the staff will see individual contributions. You may contribute to the overall fund or earmark the amount to a single staff member or to multiple staff members. Earmarked amounts will be given specifically to those staff members.

Contributions to the general fund will be divided by the board and given to the staff in addition to any earmarked amounts they may have received. The deadline for contributing to this fund is December 12, 2025. It is our intent to give the funds to the staff the week of December 15th. Should you prefer to send a check or gift directly to the staff at the club’s mailing address, you may certainly do that. Those gifts will only go to the named staff member, and we will not combine it with this fund. Additionally, our Christmas & Holiday Fund collection will be given only to our staff members and will not be used for any other purpose. Contributing to this fund is purely voluntary.
