Juan Motoa was struck by lightning outside of his home on the evening of May 30th. He was taken by ambulance to an ICU trauma unit at a local hospital and is still receiving medical attention there.

As you can imagine, the expenses and ongoing care required for recovery can be overwhelming. In addition to any further medical expenses, funds will go towards meals, car repairs (their car was stuck by lightning as well), and any unforeseen expenses that may arise during recovery.

We have set up a GoFundMe campaign to help raise funds for these expenses and to support the Motoa family during this difficult time. Any donation, no matter how small, will make a difference in helping Juan on his road to recovery.
