Hi, My name is Ashton. I am the eldest daughter of Bill and Jimmi. Together with my sister Taryn, we are calling on our family and friends and any one who has ever been touched by Bill and Jimmi's generosity to come together and support them now. Bill and Jimmi have selflessly helped countless people over their lifetime and now is the time to give back to them.

As many of you may know, on November 19, 2021, Bill suffered a major heart attack. He had been feeling ill for days and it is likely he had been suffering a heart attack for several days prior to calling 911. With 2 100% blockages, and 3 stints in his heart, Bill came out of the ER with nearly 70% of his heart muscle deadened. Several doctors say he should not have survived. He is a literal walking miracle. Or maybe he is just as tough (and stubborn!) as we have always known him to be.

Bill is one of the most kind hearted, generous people to have ever walked the earth. If you know him, you know this to be true. He is the literal personification of the saying "he would give your the shirt off his back" and he and Jimmi have jumped in to help countless people over the years without ever asking for anything in return. If you are reading this, you are likely one of those people. They have helped house people, provided cars for people, helped people get clean and sober, helped others with medical emergencies, helped people battling cancer, helped people navigate court systems, provided Christmas and Birthday presents to kids in need, donated faithfully every year to St. Jude, The Red Cross, Ronald McDonald House and more, opened their home to anyone with no place else to go on holidays, and SO MUCH MORE. Bill and Jimmi have been the Go-To people for so many when they are in trouble, or in need. And now it is Bill and Jimmi who are the ones who could use a little help.

Bill cannot work in his current condition. He currently has only 30% of his heart left and will likely need a pacemaker in the future. I don't think I can accurately express how dire this situation is. He is being continuously monitored and is trying to get disability insurance, but it is a very very difficult and lengthy process. And although they do have a small amount of savings, it will not be enough to get them through. In addition, his insurance company is refusing to pay for a life saving vest that doctors say Bill needs to wear 24 hours a day in the event that his heart stops again. He is currently home from the hospital without this very very important piece of life saving equipment because they cannot afford to pay for it out of pocket.

The self sufficiency of Bill and Jimmi make people believe that they don't need anything but prayers in time of need. And while that does help, they also need us to return the favor to them and be the literal hands and feet of Christ to provide some financial relief. Your monetary donation will be a literal answer to prayer for them. Please give as much as you are able to . They would never ask for this themselves. That is why Taryn and I have set this up for them to hopefully be blessed by all the people who they have blessed beyond measure over the years.

The financial burden of this medical emergency has strained Bill and Jimmi more than they would ever want to express to the people they love. Lets not make this a burden on them, but instead make this the opportunity to gift them with something they need to survive.
