The Mizouri Family

A member of the OPWDD Property Supports and Emergency Services family, Safety and Security Officer Diar Mizouri has experienced a horrific tragedy. On Tuesday January 16, 2024, five members of Diar's family including his mother were returning from a trip and were on their way back home from the airport when they were involved in a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 81 in the Scranton, Pennsylvania.
