We need to be completely honest and transparent with our community: our financial situation is DIRE.

We don't say that for shock value. We don't say it to scare anyone. We are saying it because it is the truth.

We are facing a devastating financial crisis, and without immediate help, we will be forced to close our doors.

We simply cannot keep operating when our medical bills are mounting, donations are not keeping up, and we are constantly forced to put out urgent pleas for help just to keep the lights on, the doors open, food in bowls, and a roof over the heads of the animals depending on us.

And then how do we look at an animal suffering in front of us and decide that their life isn't worth saving simply because there isn't enough money in our bank account?

This is why we are trying to raise One Million Dollars.

Not just to cover immediate debts, but to build long-term financial stability for our rescue.

Our goal is to reach a place where we are no longer drowning in constant financial anxiety, where we aren't repeatedly begging for emergency donations, and where we have a sustainable foundation to carry our mission forward for the foreseeable future.

We want to focus entirely on what matters most: saving animals without hesitation.

So we can say YES to those beaten, starved, neglected, injured, and sick.

We don't want to make life-and-death decisions based on money.

We don't want to ever say, “This animal could be saved, but we can't afford to save them.”

But we need everyone to understand something incredibly difficult:

There may come a point when we have no other choice.

THIS IS THE REALITY OF RESCUE RIGHT NOW.

When the emergency account is empty and the operating account is being drained, there isn't another magical pot of money somewhere. Eventually, there is simply nothing left.

And that terrifies us.

Because there will always be another animal in critical need. There will always be another helpless life relying on us.

There will always be another injured stray whose entire future depends on whether someone says YES.

We want to keep being the rescue that says yes. We want to save them.

But we cannot do it without you.

These animals need us, but we are NOTHING without YOU, our Village.

You guys are the MVPs behind every single miracle that happens here.

It's the person who gives $5.

The person who gives $10.

The person who can't donate but shares the post.

The person who tells a friend.

Thousands of small acts of kindness are what allow us to take a broken animal, hand them over to an incredible medical team, and say:

“Please save them. We'll figure out the rest.”

This $1 Million campaign is about making sure we can keep figuring it out, permanently.

It is about ensuring A ReJoyceful Animal Rescue can continue to exist, thrive, and remain financially secure for every animal that will need us in the years to come.

We have saved more than 10,000 lives over the years. We have made miracles happen because our Village has always stood behind us. We need that Village right now more than we ever have.
