My name is Erin Frazer and I live in San Jose, Ca. And Kevin Miller, Nikki Miller And Zoie Miller from Magalia, Ca have been staying with us. They are friends of mine. As most people already know the largest fire in California's History hit the town of Paradise and devastated it.  The Miller's live in Magalia and were put on a mandatory evacuation on Thursday 11/08/18.   As they heard the sound of propane tanks exploding in the distance they packed what they could and fled to Chico to get Zoie from work.  They were able to get out with some clothes and sentimental items, luckily.  Since Thursday they have been couch surfing really trying to figure out whats next.  Majority of everyone they know has lost everything.

Kevin got word today that it could be as long as 6 weeks until they are able to move back in and the fire is contained.  When they are able to return there still could be no power or drinkable water.

At this point in order to keep the family together and all working in Chico they need some help from friends to find a place to live temperately and pay double bills.   Lets rally around The Millers as they would do for any of us and help them out.

Update:

First of all I would love to thank everyone who has donated! It means the world to Kevin, Nikki, Zoie and Cody. So far with assistance from insurance and us they are able to stay in a hotel for around 3 weeks. They as of last night all reunited and had cuddle time as a family, which most of you could imagine after going through something of this magnitude then being separated had to have took and emotional toll on them all. Please keep sharing and talking about this! They could still be displaced for 6-8 weeks total. Which puts us through the Holidays. I can’t imagine not having a house for Christmas, and we all know how much Nikki LOVES to decorate! They are shocked and thankful at how much they have received in such a short time. Thank you again!
