Gracelynn Milam was born on 8-16-20.  At around 3:00 AM on 9-15-20 she began having seizures and was taken to the ER.  At first she was diagnosed with viral meningitis but it was later determined that Gracelynn has a virus that has attacked her brain and she is now in ICU.  

The doctors currently have her on 3 different seizure medications but she is continuing to have seizure activity.  They have her hooked to an EEG and are constantly monitoring her.  She is also on an antibiotic and an antiviral medication.  IF they can get the seizure activity to stop for 24 hours then they will remove the EEG and do an MRI to see what kind of damage has been done to her brain. The doctors are saying that she will remain here in ICU for AT LEAST 2 weeks.  

Her parents, Garrett & Morgan have been at the hospital around the clock with her.  Morgan is a stay at home mom and Garrett is in lawn care and when he doesn't work, he doesn't get paid.  Unfortunately, even though their world is at a stand still while they are at a constant vigil at Gracelynn's bedside, their bills are continuing to come in and we can't even imagine what the medical bills and expenses are going to be.  

We want to take any or all financial burden and worry out of the picture for them so that they can solely focus on being there for this precious baby.   No parent should EVER have to choose between being with their child who is this sick or going to work in order to pay their bills.  And Garrett shouldn't have to worry about missing a doctor coming in with an update or a report because he is at work. Whatever you can give to help support this family will be so greatly appreciated. Every little bit helps.

Also, please continue to pray.  Pray for complete healing for Gracelynn.  Pray for peace for her parents.  Pray for knowledge and wisdom for the team of doctors.  Pray.
