The Mighty Quinn's Retinoblastoma Journey
Donation protected
Quinn was diagnosed with bilateral retinoblastoma at 10 months old. Since then, he has been brave through seven rounds of chemotherapy, a three day stay in the hospital for radiation where he was not able to be held, and exams every few months which are always done under anesthesia. It's a lot, and this little guy has been amazing throughout the process, as have his nurses and doctors.
This fundraiser is a place for friends and family or anyone else who chooses to donate towards Quinn's medical expenses. Many people have asked how they can help, and this is our greatest need. We have a wonderful support system of family and friends who take care of us in big ways and small, but the cost of Quinn's medical care consistently reaches our insurance out-of-pocket maximum. This puts an enormous strain on us financially, and there isn't a clear end in sight. The cost of care and travel to and from Indianapolis adds to the burden, and our experience with cancer over the last three years has had a big impact on our whole family.
Still, no matter the cost, we'll keep doing whatever needs to be done for the Mighty Quinn.
